Shipping/Return Policies
Shipping is added to your cost if you place an online order depending on the size/weight of the paining.
If you are using the shipping code, please contact me at emilytravisart@gmail.com before or after placing your purchase to coordinate the pick-up of your artwork. I would be more than happy to work with you!
I will package and ship your painting within a 1-14 days once payment has been processed. I insure all of my paintings and will provide a tracking number once shipped. I ask all customers to inspect their new piece of art very carefully to make sure that damages did not occur while shipping. Customers have 24 hours to email me of any damages so I can resolve the issue quickly. It is my top priority that my paintings are of the highest quality and that the customer has a worry free experience.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your painting, you have 7 days to return it to me in the original box that it came in. Please return it through FedEx or UPS with insurance to make sure it is delivered back in reselling condition. Once received and inspected for damages, you will then be credited the subtotal price back to your account.
Due to the fact that custom orders are made to the specifics of the customer, they are not returnable. Custom paintings will not be shipped until the customer is fully satisfied with the end result.
